EXHIBITOR RULES – MAKER FAIRE MOSTAR 2025

Welcome as an exhibitor at Maker Faire Mostar 2025! To ensure a pleasant, safe, and inspiring experience for everyone, please read and follow the rules below.

1. Who can participate?

Maker Faire Mostar is open to:

• Individuals (makers, innovators, artists, enthusiasts)

• Associations and informal groups

• Educational institutions (schools, universities)

• Companies (commercial exhibitors)

Participation is free for non-commercial exhibitors.
Companies and brands wishing to promote/sell their products must pay a participation fee according to the current price list.

2. Application and confirmation of participation

Applications are submitted via an online form.

The organizer approves applications based on the content and available exhibition space.

Commercial exhibitors receive confirmation after payment of the participation fee.

3. What can you expect?

The organizer provides:

• Exhibition space (dimensions by agreement)

• Table(s), chairs, and electricity access (on request)

• Promotion of your project via website and social media

• Technical and logistical support

4. Sales and promotion

Permitted:

• Demonstrating and explaining your own projects

• Distributing materials (flyers, samples) for free

• Companies: selling products on-site

Not permitted:

• Commercial sales without prior notice

• Promotion of third parties without permission

• Displays, sales and/or promotion of religious and/or political symbols or messages

5. Booth setup and takedown

• Setup: The day before the event, at times arranged with the organizer

• Presence: Exhibitors must be at their booth for the entire duration of the event

• Takedown: After the event, the space must be left clean and tidy

6. Safety and conduct

• Your equipment must be safe for visitors

• Use of open flames, chemicals, and gases is prohibited without prior permission

• Children under 16 may be at the booth only under supervision

• All exhibitors should contribute to a friendly and inclusive atmosphere

7. Media and photography

The organizer has the right to use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. By registering, you agree to this.

8. Responsibility

• Exhibitors are responsible for their own equipment and any damage they may cause

• The organizer is not liable for theft, loss, or accidents caused by exhibitor negligence
